I have not been able to use my Adobe products since I installed Windows 8. I was using Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 10 at the time. I could only use them if I right clicked them and ran as administrator. It was very annoying but at least it worked.

 

Yesterday I purchased the Cloud membership and installed several CS6 items. These replaced my previous versions of Adobe software that I was using. Now I can't open any Adobe software apps! I get:

 

Error
Please uninstall and reinstall the product. If this problem still occurs, please contact Adobe technical support for help, and mention the error code at the bottom of this screen. Error: 16

 

Uninstall and Reinstall did nothing. Changing permnissions per instructions in the forum did nothing. Now I can't even edit a PDF!

 

Help! My work is now piling up on me.

I am getting an 'error code 1305 reading the file from D:\adobe acrobat 9 pro \Data1.cab."  it goes on to tell me 'Verify that the file exists and that you can access it'

 

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello all,

 

I have an issue where my job functions requires a Side by Side Compaison with 2 documents. I currently have Adobe Acrobat 9 (upgrade from work) but found its side by side to be downgrade. With this upgrade, the side by side comparison (Instead of 1 documents you have to seperate them into 2 pdf files) of my documents are now not being approved. How or who would I have to talk to get recieve the Adobe 7 side by side comparison again?

I bought the permanent license version of Photoshop CS6 standard.  as-installed, it is version 13.0.0

 

I wanted to update to 13.0.4.  so I tried installing via update feature.  got an error.

 

so I manually downloaded the 13.0.4 updater patch.

 

still get an error.

 

Error log I get is this:

Adobe Photoshop 13.0.4

There was an error installing this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U44M2I218

 

Sometimes the error code is: U44M2P22

 

I searched everywhere, and no one else seem to get this error code.

 

I have run out of /Application disk space, so the actual program is located in a mounted partition (via /etc/fstab), /Application/Adobe/Photoshop CS6

 

I've tried re-installing, permission repair, disk repair...

 

help!

I have Creative Cloud and I have already sucessfully installed Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop on one computer.

 

I have recently upgraded and have a new computer, I know you can licence two computers. I have managed to install Indesign and Illustrator with no problems but there is no option to install Photoshop. How can I remedy this?

Let me preface this by saying I don't want to run the Cleaner unless absolutely necessary... reinstalling InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and all the extra crap like AIR just to fix the one app is ridiculous.

 

Anyway, previously Illustrator was installed to an external drive that no longer exists, so now it forces to install to the old directory.

 

This is still the case if I download the manual installer instead of through Download Manager.

I bought the product a few years ago and ofcourse I have a serial number, but I don't have the installation file anymore.

I have downloaded an update for adobe 10, it will not install saying that another installation is in progress and this needs to complete before installation will start, so I have tried to remove this version of adobe so I can start again and I get the same message telling me that I cant uninstall this version because another installation is in progress, please advise how to get round this.

When I open Photoshop CS6, a window pops up saying that is has stopped working and that windows is searching for a solution to the problem. Along with it, another window popped up saying that the graphics hardware is not supported. Before I can uncheck the Use Graphics Processor box, the error window pops up, making the process impossible. Would uninstalling and reinstalling help so I can uncheck the box? If so, how do I uninstall safely without deleting saves?

Hi,

 

Was wondering if anyone might be able to advise.

We`ve had an admin image of CS6 that we've been deploying for quite sometime here now, from the network

Unfortunately I have found very recently that this stopped working.

It seems that the install is falling over installing Flash CS6.

The install log ends with
